video of the product. This video is crucial for us to verify any issues and

request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Broken Items: If any items in your
  hamper arrive broken or damaged.
• Incorrect Size: If you receive an item with a size
  that is different from what was ordered.

Please note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for issues related to the perceived
quality of a product. We stand by the quality of all the items we include in
our hampers, and personal preferences regarding taste, texture, or appearance
are not valid reasons for a return.

We reserve
the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria. We are
unable to process returns without the required unboxing video.
